In addition to making some of the best cycling clothing around, Castelli has created a special jersey to benefit the communities affected by the recent flooding in Colorado.
The proceeds from Colorado Drop jersey will be donated to Open Heart Colorado, which will be used toward health and human services for those affected by the flooding in Boulder and Broomfield counties.
The Garmin-Sharp team, who has several members calling Colorado their home state is collaborating in the project.
“We were devastated to see what happened in Colorado and we wanted to find a way to help our local community,” said Jonathan Vaughters, CEO of Slipstream Sports,“Together with our partner, Castelli, we were able to come up with this special jersey and proceeds will be donated to help victims of the floods here in our home state. Our thoughts continue to be with all of those affected.”
The Colorado Drop jersey is constructed from Prosecco Strada fabric for breathability and comfort and features mesh side panels, inset sleeves for perfect anatomic fit, a full-length YKK Vislon® zipper, and three pockets on the back.
If you can purchase the Colorado Drop Jersey and know that it is going to a good cause.
.@castellicycling that is some high-grade “I don’t roll on shabbos” magic. While the kit abides I would highly recommend every cross squad out there find a rug or bearskin that really ties the room together for your 2013 cyclocross #kitleak. Party brands, 1970’s sweater vest crotch off kit, we don’t care. Make it happen
